Polaris World resorts are located in sunny Murcia in Southern Spain.
Murcia is one of the regions with the most sunny days a year, an average annual temperature of 21º C, and 250 km of shoreline along two seas: the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. It is noted for being a land of contrasts, with mountainous national parks, southern basins with steppe landscapes, and wonderful beaches such as those of La Manga, Mazarrón and Calblanque.
Murcia´s coastline is rich and diverse, areas of rough water contrasting with gentle coves and quiet beaches. Dunes, salt flats, wetlands... Mar Menor Golf Resort
This Resort was initially conceived with a surface area of 700,000 m² and 750 homes. The homes have been delivered, and all services are operational and currently being enjoyed by the residents. The success of this project led us to expand it by an additional 885,000 m², with new home offerings, greater services, and more land for parks, sports and leisure.
The pioneer resort from Polaris World currently comprises 750 brightly-coloured detached villas situated just 10 minutes away from the magnificent beaches and waters of the Mar Menor lagoonNature, the sun and the beach represent the required factors that come together to create the perfect setting for this Resort. La Torre Golf Resort
The second resort to be completed by Polaris World, La Torre Golf Resort, is characterized by truly Mediterranean-style, white-washed properties and wide avenues flanked by the most varied plant life. A universe within arm´s reach, and the peace of mind of feeling protected by an efficient security service. That´s what La Torre Golf Resort is like.
Structured around a large, 18 holes golf course, designed by Nicklaus Design, the 1.4 km2 La Torre Golf Resort, features a total of 2,648 homes with different characteristics: villas, semi-detached houses and luxury apartments, distributed over a closed perimeter. El Valle Golf Resort

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort
This Resort is designed for the ultimate experience of freedom and nature, one that provides an incomparable feeling of well-being generated by the rational layout of its flanked avenues, its perfectly incorporated plant life, and its low construction density. It all comes together around a late 19th Century, colonial-style country house.
It was the home of the Riquelme Family, descendants of Guillén Riquelme, a noble knight who accompanied King Alfonso X the Learned on his conquest of Murcia. It has been restored to preserve the country house tradition of the Murcia of yore, and to maintain the balance between the romanticism of the past and the modernism of the future. The house has been recreated as it existed in those times, with gardens of the area´s native plants, which intertwine with the rays of sunlight that shine over this wonderful land of Murcia. The development project was carried out by EDSA and F&M Arquitectos, firms that leave their hallmark in each of the Resort´s details.
La Loma Golf Resort
La Loma Resort is a unique residential complex, where the homes open up to light and nature. The low construction density of only 444 homes over 525,000 m2 confers that particular quality on the Resort, which together with its huge sports area makes it a privileged and exclusive place to live next to Mediterranean.

Condado de Alhama

The apartments at Jardines de Alhama nestle into lush gardens and, set in park areas, they seem to blend into the garden itself. Jardines de Alhama Golf Resort has its own, exclusive Town Centre: El Foro. El Foro is an area where you can enjoy the leisure and sports facilities as well as the peaceful atmosphere without having to travel far. Cortijos de Alhama

Inspired by its elevated geographical position within Condado de Alhama, the name El Mirador de Alhama reflects the strategic position of this Resort, which offers the most spectacular views over the entire complex. La Isla del Condado
A RESORT IN THE MIDDLE OF A LAKE
Water is the main feature in La Isla del Condado. It surrounds the Resort which is located in the middle of the central lake, "El Gran Lago", in Condado de Alhama. This island resort can only be entered via a bridge and access control point.
The properties on La Isla are set in tailor-made surroundings, with a central boulevard incorporating green areas, children¿s play areas and parking. There is also a path which runs round the island and leads to the "Club la Isla" with its gym, bar, swimming pool and ample terraces.
